Ingredient
1. Brinjal 10 (cut into long pieces)
3. Ginger 1 inch
4. Garlic clove 5
5. Oil 2 tbsp.
6. Salt 1 tsp
7. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
8. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
9. Coriander seeds 1 tsp
10.Tomato one
11.Cashew nuts 10
12.Red chilly powder 1 tsp
13.Dry grapes 10
14.Sugar 1 tsp
15.Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Method
1.
Grind onion,
cumin seeds, coriander seeds, ginger, garlic and cloves to a nice paste
2.
Add water pan once it is boiled add tomato pan cooked it properly3. Then skin is remove from tomato then smash it like paste
4. Add oil to pan once hot enough add brinjal pieces fry until all pieces cooked properly then keep it in a separate bowl
5. In same pan add paste from step 1 and fry till there is no raw smell
6. Add cooked brinjal, tomato paste, salt and turmeric powder to pan mix it properly
7. after 3 minutes add cashews, dry grapes, sugar, red chilli powder and mix it properly
8. right before turning off the heat add coriander leaves
