Ingredient
2. Green chilly 4 small pieces

9. Salt 1 tsp (adjusted to taste)

Method
1
Cook potatoes with skin, remove the skin and
mash them into a paste.

Soak bread pieces in water and press water out
and add them to the mashed potatoes.

Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilly pieces,
turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, all purposes flour and
garam masala to potato -bread paste then mix it without any lumps.

Make the paste into small patties and fry them
in oil till they brown

Potato kebab is ready -serve it with sauce.
