Ingredient
1. Rice 1 cup (cooked)
2. Brinjal 10 (cut into long pieces)
3. Cumin powder 1 tsp
4. Coriander powder 1 tsp
5. Green chillies 4 (long pieces)
6. Ginger 1 inch (paste)
7. Garlic clove 4 (paste)
8. Salt 1 tsp
9. Oil 1 tbsp.
10. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
11. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
12. Turmeric powder ½ tsp
13. Coriander leaves 1 bunch
14. Yogurt 1 tsp
15. Milk 1 tsp
16. Sambar powder 1 tbs

Method
1.
Add oil to pan
once it is hot enough add cumin seeds, mustard seeds.
2.
After they
sputter add green chilli pieces and brinjal pieces and fry until brinjal turns
into nice lite brown color 3. Add ginger and garlic paste, Turmeric powder and salt then mix it properly
4. After 3 minutes add Yogurt and milk mix it then add coriander leaves and Sambar powder.
5. Add rice t the pan and mix it till the rice is evenly
6. Hot and Spicy Vangi Bath is ready
