Sabudana 1 cup

Mustard seeds ½ tsp

Urad dal ½ tsp
10. Curry leaves 1 bunch

12. Ginger pieces 1 tsp
13. Green chilies 4 (pieces)
14. ghee 1 tsp
Method
1 Soak Sabudana in water for 2 hours and drain water
2 Add oil to pan once hot enough add cumin and
mustard seeds

After they sputter add urad dal, Curry leaves
and green chillies and fry them

Add onion to same pan and fry until they are
translucent

Add tomato
pieces stir until pieces are cooked properly

Add drained
sabudana stir it for five minutes

Add salt and
milk to same pan stir it for few minutes

Switch off the stove then add ghee and garnish.
