Ingredient
1. Wheat flour 1

2. All-purpose flour 1
cup
3. Butter 1
tbs.
4. Salt 1⁄2 tsp
5. Sugar 1
tsp
6. Carom seeds 2
tsp
7. Oil 6
tbs
Method
1. Add all ingredient except oil water & salt to wheat
flour- all-purposes flour
and mix. Knead it till it becomes pliable dough. Keep
covered
2. Make the kneaded dough into small balls
3. Press each ball into a round shape (make sure they are
not too thick)
4. Cut all the flattened dough into 1” squares
5. Add oil to pan once hot enough add the squares and fry
them till they are
golden brown
6. Crunchy Carom biscuits are ready
