Cranberry –Coconut Chutney
Ingredients:
1. whole Cranberries ½ cup
2. Salt
1 TSP
3. Coconut
¼ cup (I Used Frozen)
4. Coriander Leaves a bunch
Tampering:
1. Green Chilies 8 (Adjust to taste)
2. Salt 1 TSP
3. Coconut ¼ cup (I Used Frozen or Fresh )
4. Urad dal 1
/4 TSP
5. Turmeric powder ¼ TSP
6. Curry leaves A Bunch
7. Coriander leaves 1
TBS
8. Methi Seeds ¼ TSP
9. Mustard seeds ¼ TSP
10. Cumin seeds ½ TSP
11. Oil 2 TBS
12. HIng 1/4 TSP
13. Garlic 2 pieces
14. Ginger ¼ tsp
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan , once oil is
hot enough add Urad dal ,green chilies,
curry leaves, methi seeds ,Mustard seeds, Turmeric Powder, cumin Seeds, garlic
, ginger pieces and Hing, and keep them in a separate bowl
2. Add cranberries and coconut to the above Oil.

Once the Cranberries are soft
add everything along with the coriander leaves into a mixer along with salt and
make a smooth paste

Tangy and spicy chutney is ready.
This tastes well with any rice dish
