Kandi Podi (Toor dal powder) :
Ingredients:
1.
Toor Dal 1 cup
2. Moong dal 1/4 cup
3. Red Chilies 10
4. Cumin seeds 2 TBS
5. Salt 2 tbs (adjust to taste)

Method:
1.
Dry roast all the above
ingredients until they emanates a nice aroma
2.
Add all the roasted ingredients
into a mixer add salt and make a smooth powder.
3.
The powder will be fresh for
up-to 6 months if stored in an air tight jar
4.
Tastes very good with steamed
white rice and Ghee or with curd.
