Ingredient
1 Diced yams (kanda) 2 cup ( small pieces)
2 Onions 1 cup (small pieces)
3 Ginger 1 tbs (paste)
4 Green mirch 5
5 Cumin seeds 1 tsp
6 All purposs flur 3 tbs (optional)
7 Oil 1 cup
(adjusted to fry)
8 Salt 1 1/2 tsp (adjusted to taste)
Method
Grind diced yams , Green Chilies, Ginger, Salt and grind into
a smooth paste
Add onion, cumin seeds and
all-purpose flour to the ground paste and
make it round balls
Fry the balls in oil and
serve
