Method
1.
Add cucumber pieces,
mustard powder, red chili powder, salt and turmeric powder to a bowl and mix well.
2.
Add oil to a pan
once hot enough add mustard seeds once they sputter add the oil to the above
cucumber mix
3.
Easy and fast
pickle is ready
4.
Can be stored in
airtight container for up to 3 months
