- Capsicum ¼ kg (cut into small pieces)
- Pea nut powder 2 Tbsp.
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp.
- Coriander seeds 1 tsp.
- chilies 3 (pieces)
- Salt ½ tsp. (adjust to taste)
- Curry leaves 1 bunch
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp.
- Tamarind paste 1 tsp.
- Jaggery paste 1 tsp.
- Onions ¼ cup (pieces)
- Ginger small piece
- Oil 2 tbsp.
- Coriander 1 bunch
Method
1 Dry roast cumin
seeds, coriander seeds and grind them into a nice powder

add oil to
pan once oil is hot enough add cumin
seeds, Curry leaves, green chilly pieces and onions. Fry till they get a nice
brown color
3.
Add capsicum
pieces to same pan and mix occasionally till they are cooked (approximately 10 minutes)
4.
Add turmeric
powder, salt, tamarind paste, Jaggery powder, cumin-coriander powder and mix
properly for 3 mins
5.
Add pea nut powder,
coriander leaves and simmer for 5 mins
