Mysore pak

         

















Ingredients:

1.        Basin Flour      1 Cup
2.        Sugar                1  Cup
3.         Ghee                1 Cup

Method:

1.        Fry the flour in a pan a  till it turns slightly Brown in Color, remove it and keep aside
2.        In the same pan add some sugar and ¼ cup of water,
3.        Keep checking the consistency once it is thick add the fried flour and start adding Ghee
4.        Keep adding ghee until it becomes into a thick paste
5.        Grease a separate pan with 1 TSP of ghee and pour the paste- use a knife to cut it into pieces
6.        Let the pan cool down for 30 min and break the pieces
