Onion Vada

                          
              Ingredient:
   
    1   Urad  dal                     1 Cup
    2. Green Chilies              12
    3. Ginger  Pieces             2  TBS.
    4. Onions (Small pieces)  1 
    5.  Salt                           1 TSP.
          
    
               Method:
    
    1. Soak Urad dal in a water for 2 hrs.
    2. Drain the water and keep it aside (can be used for grinding)
    3. Take soak urad dal, Green Chilies, Ginger, Salt and grind  
         into a smooth batter  using little water.
    4  Add Onion pieces to the batter
    5. Add oil into pan once oil is hot  enough make batter into small 
        rounds  and fry them till they turn golden color.
   6. Taste good with Cranberry –Coconut chutney
