Mysore Bajji

  Ingredients:
1.  All-purpose  Flour (or Maida)    1 Cup
2.  Rice Flour                               ½ Cup
3.  Curd or Yogurt                        1 Cup
4.  Green Chili                             12
5.  Ginger Paste                          1 Tsp.
6.  Salt                                       1 1/2 Tsp.

Method:
1.        Mix All-Purpose and rice four together
2.        Add curd, Green chilies, Ginger paste and salt 
           and mix well  (make sure there are no lumps) 
3.        Add oil into pan once oil is hot  enough make 
           batter into small   rounds  and fry them till they  
     turn golden color.
