Green Tamarind Chutney

                













Ingredients:

1     Green Tamarind Pieces         1 Cup
2.    Green Chilies                      15  (Adjust to taste)
3.    Turmeric Powder                    1  TSP
4.    Salt                                  2 TBS (Adjust to taste)
5.    Mustard seeds                      ¼  TSP
6.    Cumin seeds                         1  TSP
7.    Hing                                      ¼  TSP
8.    Oil                                         3  TBS


Method:

1.  Grind Green Tamarind Pieces, Green Chilies, Turmeric powder and salt in a grinder 
2.  Heat oil in a pan, once oil is hot enough add mustard seeds once they sputter add cumin seeds and Hing and fry for 2 min
3.  Add this to the paste and grind for another min
4.  This tastes good with white rice and a little oil or ghee
