1. Tomato 5 (cut into
lengthwise pieces)
2. Onions 2 Cps (cut
into lengthwise pieces)
3. Tamarind past 3 TBS
4. Coriander Powder 1 TBS
5. Hing ¼ TSP
6. Curry Leaves` 1 Bunch
7. Coriander Leaves 2 Bunches
8. Oil 3 TSP
9. Salt 1 TBS.
(Adjust the taste)
10. Cumin seeds 1 TSP
11. Mustard seeds 1 TSP
12. Urdu Dal 1 TSP.
13. Turmeric Powder 1 TSP
14. Chilli Powder 1 TSP (Adjust to taste)
Method
1. Add oil to a pan, once the oil is hot enough add Urdu Dal, Cumin
Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Hing and fry them for 2 min
2. Add onions and tomatoes and let them cook for 10 mins
3. Once they are half cooked add Tamarind paste, salt, Turmeric
powder, Chilli Powder and coriander powder.
4. After 5 mins add coriander leaves and let it simmer for another
2-3 mins
